Seeing Green

DSC_0032

This past weekend I’ve been busy making these for an upcoming wedding.

I can’t remember how I got volunteered for this project. Oh wait. Yes I do. It was my mil. Who thinks I can do just about anything. She’s just about right.

I have a somewhat small addiction to making fabric flowers. I call it a healthy addiction. If there is such a thing. Healthy because the majority I make I give to someone else. That’s healthy, right?

In the process of my fabric flower search I came across something new to try. So I did.

And I’m in love.  Aren’t they fabulous?

So this is what I’ve decided to giveaway. Because it’s October. Because October is Down syndrome awareness month. It’s my own little way of making awareness. Because when you wear it you’ll remember that you got it from me. A mom to Down syndrome. And you’ll be aware. It’s all about being aware.

So what do you have to do to win your very own? Leave a comment on this post. I think I’ll leave it open for a week (October 13). And if it is as fun as I think it’s going to be maybe I’ll make something else to giveaway.

Be aware
