Ashley! Ashlie!

That brings me back to my second year of college. My roommate would randomly say, “Ashley! Ashley! I don’t know nothin’ about birthin’ no babies.” So that’s not really the line that Mammy would say, in Gone With the Wind, but it was funny. You had to be there.

Today isn’t about Mammy, or birthing babies, or even that roommate in college. Today we’re with lots o’ family celebrating these two lovely people getting married. Ok the only lovely one is the lady on the right. The one on the left is a little crazy. But that isn’t new information.

Now comes to the real dilemma. My children now have two Aunt Ashley’s (or Ashlie). So what in the world will they call them? These are the things that keep me up at night. Sort of. But not really.

Congratulations Jonathan and Ashlie! We’re so happy for you both!
