This morning I asked him if I could take his picture, for the last day of school. This was his response.
His cooperation astounds me sometimes.
He has loved going to school. Although so mornings it is hard to get him going, hard to convince him to get on the bus. Like this morning. I had to practically push him up the stairs. But once he was on he was fine, happy as a clam.I hope that he is being happier at school than he is acting for me here. With more picture taking. The little stink!
Looking back at pictures from his very first day of school, the day after his third birthday. It's amazing how much he has grown. On this first day of school once we got him on the bus we raced to the car to drive to the school to try to catch a glimpse of him getting off the bus. We had to park across the parking lot so he wouldn't see us. We could barely see him but we didn't hear him (screaming) so we knew that he would be just fine. He was more than fine.I know he is ready to move on to kindergarten. I'm hoping I can spend the next month or so getting myself ready now.

Hard to believe... he'll do great and you'll be fine. It's just the nature of things.
Kindergarten.......didn't you just start Kindergarten......how's that arm???
We start summer school tomorrow for six weeks and then we have to say goodbye to the preschool Kayla's been attending since age 2 1/2. I know I'm going to be miserable. The school's been so wonderful for her especially this past year. And we don't even have a placement for kindergarten yet, which is making things even more stressful!
