Thankful 31

My present to me.

31 things I’m ever so thankful for. On this the day I turn 31.

1. The faith I have, and was raised with, in Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ

2. Knowing that this is forever

3. Shelter.

4. The talents I’ve been given and the opportunities I have to share them

5. Sisters. That I am one and I have a few

6. That I have this

7. Food. That I know what to do with it to nourish my family.

8. That I can stay home and make a home.

9. Mothers. That I am one and I have two.

10. This Boy

11. That the seasons change.

12. Both inspirational and kind words.

13. Good friends.

14. This girl

15. Colors

16. Sweet memories. Like this one

17. Books. In all their forms.

18. And this girl too

19. Traditions. Those that are silly and those that are significant

20. My camera

21. Fathers. That I’m married to one and have two.

22. Brothers. That I was born with two (and lived to tell the tale) and have gained many more.

23. Laughter.

24. That I have a properly functioning vehicle and a garage to park it in

25. Music

26. Indoor plumbing

27. Imagination. Mine and theirs.

28. Really good chocolate milk. And the fact that I live very close to where it’s made.

29. Birthdays. And not just mine.

30. Naps.

31. Lists. And taking time to make them.
