Thinking About Investing

This morning I was up and out of the house by about 7:15 or so. A serious accomplishment, if I do say so myself. Although that is not what this post is about (although it should be). We (me and them) were taking Miss Thing to the ENT to have her hearing checked. A few months ago I had taken her to have a hearing test and they determined she had fluid in her ears. We tried again a few weeks later and still with the fluid. So I decided to take her to the dr. At today's visit we learned that, lo and behold, she still has fluid. While there were a few options I could have gone with, having her evaluated with the speech path yada yada yad and then eventually having tubes put in her ears. I opted to skip that and go straight for the tubes.

While we were there I had him check The Boy's ears too. The school nurse had called me last week with a concern. And what do you know? His left tube has come out. The tube that was supposed to almost never come out has come out.

If one does something so does the other! So in a few weeks we'll be taking them both to have tubes put in.

So what am I thinking about investing in? Whatever company it is that makes these little tubes to put in children's ears. This will be #5 for The Boy and obviously the first for Miss Thing. I had my very own set as a child too, so that would be 7 for this family. What can I say? We like to have our fair share of things.
