Shout Out

This is a little "shout out" to the ladies in labcoats. I joined their ranks almost 4 years ago and they welcomed this city girl with open arms. Almost 4 months ago I decided to stay home and yet they are including me in their lives and especially their parties. One such party was on Saturday and I learned there (they kept calling the girls "Miss Thing" and "Little Miss", and 'we thought you would bring something with apples in it!") that they are still keeping tabs on me. It is for this that I am truely grateful for. It is nice to be missed!

Much of the time I was working at Mercy David would often try to convince me to move to a closer hopsital. I always told him that I was comfortable with my current dysfunctions. Sure, everyday wasn't a sunshine day. But it was still fun, for the most part, and they were my family. You don't just up and leave family!

So this is for you all my ladies in lab coats!
