Today we’re headed off on a bit of an adventure.
It’s The Boy’s first State Basketball Tournament with the Special Olympics.
We have no idea what we’re getting ourselves into.
We know it will involve this Boy and a ball.
We know that there will be a dance at some point.
We know it will last a few days.
We know we have some excited people.
And we know that it will be an adventure.

Good luck Boy! I loved watching my older brother in the Special Olympics, he doesn't compete anymore but he used to swim, bowl and do the softball throw. It really is the most amazing experience cheering them on and watching the athletes cheer eachother on, enjoy it!
