Birthday Wrap Up

What a day! It's official he is 5.

In the morning he got pancakes with a little surprise inside (chocolate chip cookies). We played before he went to school. Then sent him off with cookies. The girls and I surprised him at school to share his cookies with him and his friends. We stayed and played with him, which was fun for me to see him interact like that in a different setting. Once we got home we made pizza (yum yum) for dinner. Granny and Pap came over to help us celebrate. Lots of presents (a little hard for Miss Thing to swallow) and then cake (more on that later) and, of course, ice cream! It was a wonderful day, we all had lots of fun.
He's got it down, when asked how old he is, to hold up four fingers. Now we have something new to work on!
