To all the women we love.
I have so many tender thoughts and feelings towards motherhood. So much of that has been shaped by my own experiences and those of women I know and love. I am grateful for the choice of Motherhood. And grateful that I can make that choice each day. That’s not to say it isn’t hard. “But the hard is what makes it great. If it wasn’t hard then everyone would do it”
To my own mother. I owe you my life. You’ve taught me how to love and how to forgive. How to let go and how to hold on.
What they say is true, “All I am or hope to be I owe to my mother.”
I love you so.
