Christmas Gift!

 Merry Christmas!

This year we asked Santa to drop our gifts off at Granny and Pap's house. So Christmas morning once we all got up we headed on up to their house for gifts and breakfast (which by the time we got to it was more like brunch). It's a rule at their house, on Christmas morning, that kids are not allowed on the carpet until the parents say it is ok.

Once we gave the word it was pandemoneum. We would pass around a few presents then open a few. That seemed to be the only way we got to see what everyone was getting.

She was all cheese. And having fun with all the craziness.

But was perfectly content to play with the paper.

 And the bows.

He was opening things faster than no ones business.

Finally it was time for Santa's presents. We could do that, since he wrapped them and all.

To say she was speechless was an understatement. There were no words!

He knew just what to do with his airplanes.

It was a fun Christmas morning. The days surrounding Christmas were just as wonderful. It is hard to be in this season and not reflect on the great blessings we have in our lives. Most of all we feel so blessed to know and feel the presence of a loving Heavenly Father and his son, Jesus Christ. He truly is the reason for the season!
